All UK orders are processed and delivered within 5-7 business days.
Black Sunrise will ship Internationally to as many countries as possible. Our aim is for orders to be processed and delivered within 5-12 business days. This will be the case for a majority of destinations

Cost of shipping will be applied at checkout.
All International Shipping orders will be emailed within 24 hours if there is an exception to this delivery method.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Black Sunrise is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
All delivery time frames are based on Monday to Friday and exclude UK Bank Holidays. Deliveries may also be delayed due to any local Bank Holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are changing how we process orders.
Returns and Exchanges will not be open for at least 72 hours and then processed. We understand that you may not wish to open orders as soon as they arrive and you may also have limited time to get to the post office so we will be extending our returns period from 21 days to 28 calendar days.
You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - unwashed, unworn and with the original tags attached.
If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect we will exchange the product or refund the return costs.
Please contact us directly in these circumstances via, and ensure that these returns are made in the original packaging .
If your return is not the result of Black Sunrise's error, you will be responsible for return postage charges. We recommend sending your item signed for as refunds will only be processed once items are received and inspected.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment.
The time frame of your refund will be based on your card issuer's policies.
